**The Company**: This client manages private equity and debt investment funds along with investing in house building and development. This office is looking to go through a period of expansion with business diversification ongoing, so now isa good time to move into the business and learn about the property market.
**The Role**: This position deals with valued customers, assisting them with a guaranteed house sale. There is no cold calling, each lead will be expecting a call to discuss their options. You will qualify and negotiate on leads from propertyvendors who need a guaranteed sale. You will carry out detailed valuations on UK-wide residential properties, updating the CRM, managing your pipeline, maintaining the client relationship throughout the sales life-cycle and all the while being diligent withadding notes as cases progress. This is very much a team effort, so you will participate in creative meetings to further improve how the team functions and be willing to put forward ideas.
Naturally there is a target element to the role, which currently equates to 4-6 properties completing per month across the team and this is very achievable. The hours are Mon - Thurs, 9am - 6pm with a 5pm finish on Friday’s. Once a month you would work aSaturday (10 - 4) from home. One week in three, you would work 11am - 8pm, but again reverting back to 9 -5 on the Friday.
**Skills / Experience Required**:Our client is looking for someone with at least 1 year’s sales/telesales/customer service experience and ideally some experience in dealing with KPI’s etc. Experience in property is not required as ongoing trainingwill be provided in this area. You should also have the following qualities - the ability to build rapport and work under pressure, a professional telephone manner, proficient use of MS Office and ideally experience of using a CRM system.
**Additional Information**: Salary for this role is up to £23,000 and realistic overall OTE of up to £40,000 in Year 1 and then to £50,000 in year 2. You can also benefit from free use of an office gym, regular team building events, a monthlyteam outing and 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
