**Outbound Telesales Representative** **Location**: London **Salary**: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum **Shift Patterns**: 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm and 12pm-8pm (Monday - Saturday) Our client's network, which they own and have built, is 100% full fibre. They install it directly into their business customer’s premises and into their consumer’s homes. The company provide market leading broadband speeds, at the best prices with a realfocus on customer experience - they are consistently the No1 Internet Service Provider on Trustpilot as rated by customers. And as a result they are growing fast. The company are not the new kid on the block, they were established in 2013 and have been disrupting the Broadband industry in London since then. **Job purpose**: The company are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative mustbe an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
