We are seeking an Associate to join Zeren and become a key part of our business as we grow. In this role, you will support the client delivery teams and the leading PE and VC back high growth software companies, helping them to source senior Commercial, Technology and Operations talent across the UK and Europe.

Responsible for internal research capacity, you will deliver research support on appropriate retained projects and deliver client outcomes that exceed expectations across delivery, timescales, and quality.

Zeren is the sister company and backed by the very well-known and respected Executive Search firm Renovata & Company, which has allowed Zeren to achieve phenomenal growth since its inception over 3 years ago and 2021 will see us again double in size and you will be a key part of our journey.

**Responsibilities;**

**Research**
- Formulate and implement the search research strategy and plan in coordination with the Client Partner / Consultant
- Participate in client briefings, update calls and meetings, sharing research results with insightful analysis to stakeholders
- Serve as an expert in the research process including the creative use of research sources, industries and markets, organisational structures, and companies. Utilise database resources, social media and other channels including network/referrals, conferences and associations
- Provide business development support to consultants and partners by performing market research and analysis prior to client calls/meetings
- Participate in market mapping assignments as required

**Assignment Management**
- Identify, implement and promote innovative approaches and best practices across the organization, helping maintain consistency in process and quality.
- Maintain real-time updates in the CRM system with great attention to detail.

- **Flexibility**: We work in the office, but we also work from home. Sometimes our clients need to speak early, or late, and occasionally projects require last minute changes. All these requirements are reasonable, but requires flexibility.

Work Remotely
- Temporarily due to COVID-19

**Salary**: From £28,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London WC2B 5AD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
