**£12.00 per hour + retail commisions**

**Bamford Barn - Based at Daylesford Farm, Kingham, Oxfordshire**

Our Bamford family is growing, and we are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic **Retail Assistant **to join our** Daylesford Store** on a** Part -Time Permanent basis. This could be flexible over 3 or 4 days (to include some weekends).**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a highly motivated Retail Assistant with excellent customer service experience, with a warm and friendly nature. As part of our philosophy, we deliver a luxury experience to all of our clients and ensure they receive a 5* star service whilst in the Wellness Space.

We will provide you with training and support to learn and maintain a high level of product knowledge, allowing you to proactively engage with clients and achieve sales targets.

**YOUR ROLE**
- Ensure exceptional familiarity with the all products across the in-store selection, a range of clothing, home, bath & body and lifestyle.
- Proactively build customer relationships
- Process purchases and maintain stock correctly
- Maintain exceptional standards of housekeeping & displays
- Assisting with the fulfilment of orders

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience of luxury retail and fashion would be an advantage but not essential
- A brand champion who believes wholeheartedly on the importance of the Bamford brand and products in relation to the overall customer experience
- Natural multi-tasker with a can-do, flexible attitude & positive energy
- Excellent communication skills are key to this role
- A natural team player who can bring inspiration and creativity
- Your professionalism and attitude will reflect the brand.
- You must be able to work at weekends
