A client of ours in the Little Braxted, Witham area are recruiting an Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying £23,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
Initially whilst training this role is office based, once training is completed this is a hybrid position working 4 days at home and 1 in the office.
**Your key duties in this Administrator role will include but are not limited to**:
- Logging information onto the system and updating client records.
- Preparing files for review on a daily basis.
- Responding promptly to queries and ensure all communications with customers and business contacts are recorded on the system.
- Refer any queries to the appropriate person when enquiry is unknown.
- Maintaining and developing relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations are kept up to date.
- Providing general administrative support within the team
**Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role**:
- Must drive due to remote location that is not accessable via public transport
- Proficient in using Microsoft packages.
- Ability to work well within a team and on your own.
- Positive working attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience within Insurance desirable
