**HR Administrator, Witham - £22,000 per annum**
**Responsibilities**:
Maintaining employee records on the company system and updating relevant databases
Preparing HR documents, including employment contracts, references, resignation letters and confirmation of maternity letters
Acting as first point of contact for employees on HR related queries
Assisting in the administration and note taking for HR led meetings, including return to work and sickness absences.
Processing probationary review outcomes and appraisals
Processing new starters and leavers including production of employment contracts, induction packs, reference requests, company handbooks, leaver letters and holiday payments
Coordinating, maintaining and logging training documentation to ensure records are accurate and comply with legislation
Completing recruitment administration, sourcing CV’s, conducting screening calls to obtain key applicant information and booking and coordinating interviews
Maintaining and updating job adverts
Maintaining employee files, ensuring creation of new files, archiving leavers and cleansing of employee information held
Verifying Right to Work for new starters and managing ongoing checks for existing employees, including DBS checks
Ensuring new joiner administration is completed, liaising with other key stakeholders in the business to ensure the on-boarding experience is seamless and professional
Assisting in arranging and running employee inductions and other mandatory training required
Ensuring HR payroll administration is accurate, liaising with the Payroll Officer to ensure employee payroll issues are addressed
Maintaining and updating administration of the HR and Payroll systems
Managing the HR Help mailbox, including distribution of activities and queries to the relevant HR team
**Skills/Experience/Attributes required**:
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
Ability to work with high volume administration activities in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
Excellent time management and high level of accuracy when producing documentation
A strong team player with a can-do attitude and flexible approach
Previous experience of operating as a HR Administrator in a fast paced business
