**Purpose of Role**:Partner with key stakeholders to identify current and future recruitment and headcount needs. Work closely with the Head of HR and wider HR team to reduce current turnover and recruitment spend by partnering and mentoring the hiring managers and souring alternative solutions.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Determine optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Significantly reduce companywide agency spend by offering different and more cost-effective recruitment solutions
- Own and manage the current agency PSL and negotiate terms of business
- Define and implement the Company recruitment strategy and associated policies and procedures
- Conduct robust salary benchmarking activities and provide feedback to Key stakeholders to assist with recruitment and retention
- Actively Head Hunt for Senior Roles u
- Review job descriptions and adverts to ensure they capture role requirements
- Coach, mentor and support hiring managers on interviewing and evaluation methods
- Introduce, draft and implement interview questions and psychometric tests when required by the role.
- Calculate, produce and share recruitment, retention and spend KPIs
- Prepare and monitor turnover and retention rates (company-wide and by department), with the view to significantly reduce current turnover
- Regular travel to our other business entitles in UK and Ireland to provide them face to face coaching and guidance
- Directly manage and mentor the recruitment Administrator
- Work closely with the Senior HR BP by supporting the management with leadership succession plans, identifying gaps with the talent pipeline, working with them to Identify key leadership talent
- Work as part of the wider HR function when required

- Where the role includes any task relating to the purchasing, storage or sales of medicines, an understanding of the principles of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) is required.
- At all times the post-holder should act in a way that supports the Company in maintaining its essential licences and certifications.
- To ensure PPE issued by the business is worn in accordance with Health & Safety legislation.
- Training is undertaken as recommended by your manager.
- Carry out any other reasonable request as requested by your manager.

**Experience Required**:

- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Business Partner, Internal recruiter or similar role
- Understanding of full cycle recruiting and HR Process
- Stakeholder Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in developing and embedding new approaches to performance and career management across a multisite organisation

**Qualifications Required**:

- 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English - or Equivalent
- CIPD or equivalent qualification and / or qualified by experience
