We’re looking for a Chief Financial Officer to work for our client.

Established in 1990, they are a Software Developer focussing on the higher and further education sectors.

If you have a background in managing a business involved in lending then you could be perfect for our client and we’d love to see your CV.

- **Responsibilities**:

- Undertaking a group CFO role for a business that designs and develops software for the HE/ FE sectors around the world
- Managing a complex finance team based across the globe
- Looking at raising finance for acquisition
- Looking after the operational side of a group business involved in providing student funding

- **Requirements**:

- Experience of managing a business involved in lending
- Additional experience of managing both the operational and financial side of a business
- Further experience of managing a group - with a focus on raising funding

- **The Package**:

- Basic salary: Up to £100,000 per annum
