What Skills and Experience is required?
- At Hughes we believe in developing and training our team members. Our business has been built on customer service. Whilst you may not have huge prior experience you will be guided, trained, and developed to provide the ‘Hughes Experience’
- We recognize that not all customers and colleagues are the same and you will learn to tailor your approach to each situation.
- A capability to learn new skills is required to develop your ability to manage stock.
- Flexibility when business needs and customer expectations change.
- Listening and learning from co-workers to understand stock movements and systems, ensuring we can get stock to a customer’s home, so they will want to recommend us to friends and family.
