Ecosurety are looking for a talented data analyst to lead a data and analytics transformation team, while also delivering the analytical needs of our key stakeholders. This opportunity is perfect for someone with strong leadership AND data skills, looking toput their own stamp on our approach to data and analytics.
Your primary responsibility will be around the coordination of a highly skilled data transformation team (and other stakeholders), to deliver data products (data management, dashboards, reporting & insight), that will drive tangible value for our clients. Youwill need to have a strong mix of leadership, stakeholder coordination, data and analytics skills. You will deliver change, drive impact, and provide value add insights, to senior and operational audiences.
The role requires someone who is entrepreneurial, proactive and can develop key stakeholder relationships across the business. You will also need to be confident at liaising and presenting to people at all levels of the organisation.

- Shape and deliver the data transformation strategy.
- Manage key team members: senior data analysts, data architect, data engineer; Power BI expert
- Deliver high quality and high impact data reporting and dashboarding, through the team.
- Identify and deliver insight that informs and shapes client and business thinking.
- Challenge the teams thinking around data and analytics, helping them to develop.
- Identify new ways of using our current and future data sources.
- Work closely with all stakeholders, ensuring they are managed effectively, and that communication is timely and informative.

**Person Specification**:

- An experienced Data & Analytics leader, ideally with at least 10 years’ experience, and a proven track record of value-add data service deliveries.
- Experience leading data transformations and/or data product development worth millions of pounds.
- Strong data visualisation and data management skills, with Microsoft Power BI experience highly preferred.
- Team management
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Able to communicate and build trusted and credible relationships with stakeholders, your peers and the wider technology services teams.
- Able to manage multiple complex deliveries with conflicting priorities for self and the team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
- Ability to support team members
- Proactive and fast learner, able to take on complex regulatory information quickly
- Excellent verbal and written language skills are a pre-requisite.

Location: Central Bristol, UK.
Contract: Full time, Permanent

**Salary**: £60-70k per year
Benefits: 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays and 1 day for birthday, 5 x salary life insurance, 7% employer pension contribution, employee health cash plan, paid sick leave, happy to talk flexible working
