**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Ensure compliance with UK immigration laws and regulations throughout the sponsorship process.
- Maintain accurate records of all sponsorship activities and documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers regarding the sponsorship process and requirements.
- Monitor changes in immigration policies and update internal processes accordingly.
- Assist in training staff on compliance matters related to sponsorship and immigration.
**Skills**
- Strong understanding of UK immigration laws and regulations related to sponsorship.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in HR or recruitment processes is advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance.
- CoS training experience is essential
This role is essential for ensuring that our organisation can successfully navigate the complexities of employing international talent while adhering to all legal requirements.
