The Portfolio, Operations, Design & Strategy Lab seeks to act as the gatekeeper of work intake, responsible long range planning and creating a frame work that drives UCD thinking.

What you’ll do:
- Own and maintain the End-to-End digital portfolio plan, ensuring alignment across all internal and external teams to ensure Digital goals are achieved.- Set up new or improve existing programme governance to enable effective communication across all partner groups and facilitates decision making.- Maintain relationships with our internal and external delivery partners, including third party agencies, to ensure alignment of cross-programme dependencies.- Influence and lead complex, senior partner groups and highlight need for senior level support / decision making via Digital Steering Group meetings.- Run project finances; forecasting spends, tracking actuals, estimating and scheduling resources to ensure successful delivery.- Provide weekly reporting and attendance on the programme calls and disseminate key outputs to the wider teams.

What you’ll bring:
- Experience in successfully delivering large-scale transformation programmes across both software delivery and business change-
- A strong programme management background with experience of the Software Delivery cycle and leading agile delivery teams.- Shown ability of successfully gaining the involvement and engagement of a wide range of senior partners and leadership team. Demonstrating a high resilience to appropriately handle conflicting priorities.- An effective communicator, with the ability to cut through the noise and articulate the problem/challenge to all levels.

Where you’ll work:
Osterley:
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

On campus, you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.

Leeds:
Our spacious tech hub is under a mile away from Leeds train station. There’s plenty of parking in the surrounding streets and at the nearby CitiPark.

You can also blow off steam over a game of pool or table tennis, and stay fit at our subsidised gym.
