**About the role**

We are looking for a Reward and Engagement Manager (1 post) to join our People team. This role is a home based role, where there is no daily requirement to attend an office with the flexibility to attend as required.

You will lead and provide direction on the total reward package for Onward to ensure we remain competitive and an employer of choice. This will include supporting pay reviews and benchmarking activity ensuring market competitiveness and value for money,providing reports and commentary. You will lead a robust job evaluation process, maintaining the salary framework, conducting relevant benchmarking as required. You will manage our external relationships with all our benefit providers, including any reviewsand renewals, managing the performance of contracts to ensure maximum value of service is delivered.

Working closely across the HR Management team, you will manage the colleague engagement initiatives including the annual engagement calendar with input from internal forums such as the colleague conference, colleague updates and engagement campaigns throughoutthe year that raise awareness and provide support. This will also include management of the annual colleague survey, supported by pulse surveys and support the roll out of outcomes and actions, providing regular update reports to the business on progress throughoutthe year.

**What are we looking for?**

You will have excellent working knowledge of Reward and best practice and managing and maintaining job evaluation and salary frameworks, with experience with delivering high levels of great customer service. CIPD qualified, or with relevant experience, youshould be able to demonstrate development and implementations of successful engagement campaigns and initiatives with outcomes that were measured. You will be a strong and confident communicator with the ability to influence others, demonstrating your experienceof analysing and evaluating data and options for action.
