What You'll Do
● Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships and
understanding their evolving needs.
● Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing expert guidance and support regarding our reward solutions.
● Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure seamless delivery and optimisation of client programmes.
● Identify opportunities for account growth and new programme implementation within existing client relationships.
● Contribute to client success by ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and exceptional service standards.
What We're Looking For
● year of professional experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
● A proactive and problem-solving mindset, taking initiative to address client needs effectively.
● Proficiency with CRM software and general office applications.
● A genuine interest in customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
● Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
What We Offer
