Semper Security UK Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced **Match Day SIA Supervisor** to oversee part of the operations within a designated zone during football fixtures. This role also offers the opportunity to work at other events across the region as part of our wider Semper Security team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate security operatives within your assigned area
- Conduct full pre-event staff briefings and ensure compliance with uniform and ID checks
- Liaise with venue management, emergency services, and Semper HQ throughout the shift
- Monitor crowd dynamics and lead responses to incidents or emergencies
- Provide immediate First Aid assistance where required
- Complete post-event reports, debriefs, and incident logs accurately

**Essential Requirements**:

- **Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence**:

- **Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work** (or higher)
- **Level 2 Spectator Safety Qualification**:

- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in event or match day security
- Confident communicator with the ability to make quick, effective decisions
- Presentable, punctual, and committed to high standards of conduct

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £15.62 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coventry CV6 6GE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- SIA Front Line License (Door Supervisor) (required)
- Level 2 Spectator Safety (required)
