An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the e-Rostering and e-Job Planning (ERJP) team as a team administrator, as we are expanding our team to support effective rostering and job planning across the trust. We will be recruiting a team administrator to support the ERJP team, and office administration functions.

As the eRostering Administrator you will work with the Trust’s eRostering and eJob Planning (ERJP) systems and provide a high-quality administrative function to the ERJP team and be the first point of contact for the ERJP systems in the Trust.

You will be supported to learn how the Trust eRostering and eJob planning systems work and will be responsible for regular and ad hoc system maintenance, system configuration and reporting tasks in line with the level of training that will be provided.

You will also provide a high-quality administrative function including diary management, room bookings, preparing agendas for team meetings and keeping a log of team actions when required.

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the ERJP team,
- Maintain elements of eRostering system configuration
- Raise cases with the software provider via the customer portal where appropriate as guided by the ERJP facilitators.
- Generate basic reports and assist with the compilation of more complex reports from both the eRostering, eJob planning and BankStaff systems
- Provide basic training to groups and on a 1:1 basis on roster/job planning functions and reporting.
- Provide a scheduling function, booking facilities and managing attendees of meetings, coordinating training sessions and workshops. Ensuring attendance information is recorded and updated.
- Co-ordinate team meetings, including creating agendas, distributing agendas and managing actions.
- Provide administrative support to the ERJP manager, facilitators, and band 4 administrators.
- Maintaining eRostering electronic folders ensuring content is stored and archived consistently, and documentation is version controlled and regularly reviewed.
