**The role**

We are looking for a confident, customer focused, IT literate individual with a strong customer service background.

You will have good organisational skills as well as an excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills, with a focus on resolving problems and working with customers to resolve any issues and answer all enquiries efficiently and professionally.

An excellent multi-tasker with the ability to manage a busy workload, you will work with employees from different departments across the business in a fast pace and changing environment.
- Previous customer service experience
- Proven ability working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multi task
- Enjoys working within a team environment
- Flexible approach to work

When we enter our busy period towards Christmas, you will be required to work on a weekend, hours to be discussed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
