**Clear Voice** are currently looking for a** Recruitment Operations Coordinator** to join their team. You will join us on a **full time, 6 months fixed term contract** (with potential to be extended). In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £28,639 - Increasing to **£32,612 following successful completion of a 6 months probation period.**

Clear Voice Interpreting Services is a language services provider and award-winning social enterprise that delivers instant telephone interpreting, face to face appointments and written translations to businesses and charities across the UK. We have a wide range of clients and a strong reputation in the asylum and refugee support sector. All of our profits go back to our parent charity Migrant Help to support asylum seekers and victims of trafficking.
**The Recruitment Operations Coordinator**:
Part of the Operations team, the Recruitment Operations Coordinator is a fulfilling role at Clear Voice. You will drive business growth by actively recruiting and onboarding a robust pool of freelance linguists to support the organisation's aims and ambitions. the role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, vetting, and engaging skilled interpreters and translators to meet the increasing demand for language services. You will be tasked with streamlining and optimising local Clear Voice processes, ensuring compliance with updated requirements and industry best practices

**Key responsibilities of our Recruitment Operations Coordinator**:
- Participate in the selection and recruitment of a large bank of freelance linguists
- Through the consistent and high-quality delivery of service, maintain and develop the service's values and reputation in the marketplace.
- Provide support for On-demand Telephone lines and connect correct language Interpreters according to client requirements.
- Play a pivotal role with the engagement with our linguist pool through various specific activities
- Maintain a robust CRM system and database of all linguist who are registered with the service
- In liaison with the Clear Voice Operations Manager, produce and update promotional materials, linguist information packs and other documents necessary for successful recruitment campaigns
- Support the team with the day-to-day administrative needs of a busy department.
- Handling of day to day queries from linguists through different channels of communication including social media platforms.
**Skills and experience we are looking for in our Recruitment Operations Coordinator**:
- Experience working within a recruitment team for a Language Service Providers
- Understanding of either a call handling environment or a language services vendor management function
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to form good working relationships with demonstrable customer care skills and meticulous attention to detail
