**BID COORDINATOR - SALFORD - £20,000-£24,000 PER ANNUM**

Our client is a national Fire & Security company with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. Due to an extraordinary period of growth, they are in need for a Bid Coordinator to join them on a permanent, full time basis.

**The Position**

As a Bid Coordinator you will be providing support to all affiliated functions to assist the quality and timely completion of proposal submissions - including organising meetings, structuring, and writing proposal content, co-ordinating relevant activitiesand document management. Co-ordination of responses to supplier/subcontractor and pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQ), and assistance with final tender proposal documentation submission. Day to day duties include, but not limited to:

- Assist with the completion all Invitation to Tender (ITT) and Request for Proposal (RFPs) as required, through the creation and coordination of the Work Winning Team
- Work alongside key stakeholders to manage the case studies and contract references database
- Logging and capture of all proposal data in the CRM/CAFM system

**About You**

Our client is looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator (or similar) with the ability to quickly grasp the Company’s business activities, operating procedures and processes and gain a good understanding of the industry and marketplaces in which it operates.You should be able to demonstrate:

- Ability to proofread with an eye for detail
- Good creative writing skills and good grammar/authoring
- Excellent time management; with experience in managing multiple projects with time-critical deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to persuade, influence and challenge in a constructive manner and identify appropriate solutions
- Confidence to work with Senior Managers
- Ideally have experience working in a bid/proposal’s management team (or equivalent)
