**What you’ll be doing**

As Hotel Concierge you are the face of the hotel and the welcoming smile to all guests coming into the hotel. You are someone who loves nothing more than to provide excellent service and responding to guests needs. You will play a part in driving the Front of House team to success, whilst communicating effectively with other members of the Hotel team, to ensure exceptional service to our guests.

You have a can-do attitude with problem-solving skills and ability to use your initiative, whilst ensuring that high levels of customer service are consistently maintained, being personable and friendly with colleagues and guests a like.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assisting guests with luggage, requests, directions, transportation and general information
- Have exceptional local area knowledge, to provide information and expert recommendations to guests
- Having an approachable, professional and friendly presence in the lobby, whilst supporting the reception team during peak times through lobby management
- Managing the deliveries of parcels for the hotel, keeping an accurate log of all items received
- Stocking up the Crowne Plaza Run Station with water and fruit regularly
- Demonstrate effective communication with the Front of House team, as well as with other hotel departments, to ensure seamless customer service
- Build a repour with both first time and regular guests throughout their stay
- Have excellent attention to detail at all times
- Be proactive in aiming to exceed brand standards and targets
