**Role: IT Project Manager**

I am currently looking to recruit an IT Project Manager to join a global Accounting and Advisory organisation. The client is currently in the process of a company - wide technology transformation which is now in need of an experienced IT Project Managerto deliver all digital transformation projects alongside the CTO.

You will have the opportunity to deliver a range of IT projects which includes cloud transformations (integrations and migrations), software transformations, process transformations, and many more. The client is looking for a Project Manager with excellentcommunication and leadership to deliver all projects effectively and on budget.

**An outline of the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Definition of project scope with the business sponsor and other key stakeholders
- Creation and maintenance of project plans from concept onwards
- Maintain, revise and update project documentation as required to meet changing needs and requirements and to reflect project status
- Responsible for the quality of project deliverables during the lifetime of the project
- Responsible for all project-related meetings (project team, steering committee, project board) and ensuring that actions and decisions are documented and shared as required
- Managing external third-party service providers, internal services and business stakeholders to deliver projects
- Detailed planning of project resources
- Standard project reporting (within an existing framework) including risks and issues, plans, dependencies. finances etc
- Ownership of project financial performance - management of project budgets within agreed tolerances
- Prioritisation of all aspects of project - managing stakeholder expectations and balancing cost vs benefit, particularly relating to scope change
- Benefits case management - creation and alignment with the business, tracking and realisation
- Active participation in the Continuous Improvement community, sharing best practice and lessons learnt, assisting colleagues wherever possible
- Creation and delivery of presentations as required - progress updates, benefits cases, briefings
- Close alignment to Business Change team - ensuring that all change is communicated and becomes embedded in the business

**Experience**:

- Prince 2 or equivalent
- Working within technology transformation programmes
- Project delivery with the use of business change management
- Excellent prioritisation skills, using initiative to prioritise the various projects
- Management of various projects at one time
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier management

**Salary**: £55,000 - £65,000 + Excellent Benefits

**Location**: Remote working with the expectation to travel to site on occasion.
