Job role
In this historic town of Houghton Regis, Dimensions extends its pioneering, award-winning support to six people who live across five homes.
It will be your duty as our newest Support Worker to work in partnership with your colleagues to continue providing this outstanding level of bespoke support.
Every day, you will ensure that the people you are supporting are living their best lives - the lives that they choose to live - as well as safeguarding them from risks, whilst respectfully providing full personal care, prompting, meal-time support, and mobility assistance when required.
Shift patterns will vary and work around the people we support including 7am -3pm/2pm - 10pm/sleep-ins and alternate weekends (to be discussed at interview).
