Job Title: Female Night Support Worker Employer: Elysium Healthcare Location: Walcott House, 12 Annandale Avenue, Bognor Regis, West Sussex PO21 2EU Salary: £12.85 per hour Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full-Time (36.75 hours/week) Shift Pattern: Night shifts, 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3 shifts on / 3 shifts off Closing Date: 10 January 2026 Visa Eligibility: Must have full Right to Work in the UK. Role Overview You’ll provide overnight care and support to residents with severe learning disabilities and autism, helping them live more independently. The role involves personal care, emotional support, and promoting wellbeing in a safe and structured environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver person-centred care and support during night hours Assist with personal hygiene and daily routines Communicate effectively with residents and team members Monitor behaviours and respond to needs with empathy and professionalism Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Promote independence and dignity in all interactions Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding standards Required Skills and Experience Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism Strong communication and interpersonal skills Resilience, empathy, and a sense of humour Willingness to assist with personal care Must be female (due to the needs of female residents) Must live in the UK with full Right to Work What We Offer £12.85 hourly rate 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus birthday off Free meals and parking Wellbeing support and work-life balance activities Career development and training opportunities 10 January 2026 – early applications encouraged. #J-18808-Ljbffr
