**Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding service are crucial for this role.
