Talk Staff are delighted to be supporting a leading Private Equity backed business in Derbyshire to recruit a Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of Finance you will form part of an ever expanding commercial finance function. This is a high profileand business facing position where you will be responsible for developing relationships with multiple stakeholders outside of finance.

A great opportunity for a commercially focussed senior finance professional who thrives in a position where they can truly add value to the business.

**Within this position, you’ll also be**:

- Working with the commercial finance team to produce P&Ls to the highest quality through booking journals and reviewing P&Ls
- Reviewing the Balance Sheet periodically to ensure transparency and accurate documentation
- Meeting with the Managers on a regular basis to support cost reduction/sales growth initiatives
- Running month end reporting processes effectively, ensuring local reporting software is populated with the periodic reports by the required timelines and supporting a five-day period closure
- Producing specific Budgets and reforecast P&Ls as required
- Providing support in producing Board Exec reporting Packs
- Providing support on all daily and weekly sales reporting

**To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials**:

- Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Competent user of MS Excel and experience of working with large data sets
- Organised with the ability to plan effectively in order to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of the organisation
- Ability to build rapport and develop key relationships

**Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependant on experience + bonus

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
