Company Details and Job Overview:
A privately owned and rapidly expanding business in Preston require an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their finance function. This is a newly created position due to growth as a result of various large contract wins and further expansion is forecasted.This is a commercial role which provides business partnership, financial information and support to drive strategic achievements.

Your New Role as Finance Business Partner:
Working in a friendly team of approximately 12 finance professionals, as Finance Business Partner you will report to an engaging Head of Finance to deliver commercial and analytical information for the business. Duties will include:

- Deliver and interpret accurate weekly/monthly P&Ls
- Provide detailed cost analysis, highlighting any variances and trends
- KPI reporting and review of KPI data to identify areas where processes and performance can be enhanced
- Work cross-functionally throughout the business, delivering and advising on financials, challenging where necessary
- Support key stakeholders with business case development, providing ad hoc analysis to aid effective decision making and continued business growth
Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:
The successful individual will be fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with experience in a Finance Business Partnering capacity. Commercially driven, you will be analytically minded with extensive Excel ability, comfortable with analysing large data volumes, ideallywith exposure to data visualisation/dashboards. The proven ability to influence and challenge is required, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
