Sales Administrator

Prime Appointments are pleased to be working with a manufacturing company based in Witham who require a Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. Working 9-5 Monday - Friday paying £12.50 per hour.

Main Responsibilities for this sales administration position are:_**
- Ensure that all orders are processed quickly, efficiently and dispatched on time
- Process sales orders, payments
- Sending out invoices, reports and other paperwork
- Raise credit notes
- Updating customer records
- Checking stock
- Organising deliveries
- Managing warehouse workflows and prioritising orders

Qualifications and Experience required:_**
- Previous sales order processing experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English language in grade C or above
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong and confident team player
- Excellent attention to detail
