Due to rapid expansion we are looking for an experienced sales office administrator to join our internal sales team.

**Job brief**

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our internal sales team. You will serve as a point of contact for customers in regard to products, enquiries, orders, queries and deliveries. You will also provide support for external sales representatives. You must be driven, goal
- orientated, have good organisational skills, be able to work as part of a team and work using your own initiative. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join us at this exciting time and to help the company grow and achieve its goals.

Responsible for managing existing clients and giving support in finding new business with our partners and customers around the world, you will report into the UK Sales Office Manager. Full training of the products and systems will be provided.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with customers & internal teams to provide quotes against customer enquiries
- Check data accuracy on quotations and orders
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports from system generated figures
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Support external sales representatives
- Work towards company and personal KPI’s
- Manage & cost technical enquires working alongside the office manager, engineering team & external sales team to ensure we are quoting to meet customer requirements. Training & support will be given appropriately over time.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication who can work using their own initiative
- Upon completion of training, a good level of understanding is expected on products, processes and the company systems

**Training**

**The company has an active training program which you would be included in covering different aspects of business.**

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
