**Responsibilities**:

- Provide person-centered care to clients in their own homes, assisting with daily activities based on individual care plans.
- Support clients with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Foster companionship and build meaningful relationships with clients to promote their emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Taking an active part in children development.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in live-in care for adult is essential.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
