**We are seeking to appoint an exceptional People Partner to join our trust's HR Centre of Excellence and support the next phase of growth in Leeds, Bradford, Manchester and Liverpool.**

Our mission is to challenge educational and social disadvantage in the North. As a school trust of 17 schools, we are committed to making a difference where it matters most through delivering exceptional education in our schools in Bradford, Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester, which include primaries, secondaries, all-throughs and a standalone sixth form.
- Experience of supporting and influencing leaders at all levels
- An understanding of the principles of change and have experience in supporting leaders and their people through change
- Strong employee relations experience, with good knowledge of employment law and a commitment to keeping this knowledge up to date
- Have a strong moral purpose and drive for improvement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £45,718.00-£49,764.00 per year
