We are pleased to be supporting a leading UK business in the recruitment for a HR Partner (Employee Relations & Change) to cover their Scotland and Northern England region.
This is a Home based role with regional travel 2-3 days per week.
Reporting to the UK Head of People Partnering & Change, this role will take accountability for leading the delivery of the HR agenda across Scotland and the North of England.
Our client is looking for a proven HR Business Partner who has worked in a regional capacity and who has a strong background in Employee Relations and Change Management.
This role will be accountable for the following deliverables, including but not limited to:
- Complex ER case management
- Coaching and mentoring Senior Leaders in ER
- TUPE Management
- New site openings
- Union negotiation
- Talent Management
We are looking for a strong HR Business Partner who has worked in a Regional capacity.
Whilst this would suit a HR Generalist, you must have strong background in ER and have led on Change programmes.
The home location would suit someone who is Scotland based who is comfortable travelling across Northern England.
Ideal business sectors for this role will include Retail, FMCG, Logistics or Hospitality.
