We are now recruiting for a **Trainee Administrator** to work alongside the current Commercial Admin team.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Trainee Administrator within our Eastern & Midlands region, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support with a specific focus on the Commercial Team, which is made up of Commercial Managers and a growing team of Quantity Surveyors. Experience is not essential for this role and all training will be provided.
Duties may include (but are not limited to):
- Processing Sub-Contractor payment notices.
- Assisting in the management of cash.
- Collating and issuing meeting packs.
- Processing meeting minutes.
- General administrative duties.
- Assisting the Commercial Team.
- Office duties.
**What do we need from you?**
Being proficient in using Microsoft software will play a key part in your success in this role, as well as having the ability to produce well-presented and structured information materials.
We are looking for someone that is keen to learn and interested in growing a career in the construction industry.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Good level of education
- Experience of contracts is desirable as well as knowledge of using accounting systems (e.g. Coins)
- Good standard of IT skills (MS Office in particular Excel)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Good time-management and organisational skills, able to prioritise workload
- Methodical approach with a strong attention to detail
- Proven experience of working within a team
