Bureau Payroll Manager

A brand-new Bureau Payroll Manager position created with a large professional services business based in North London. This role would offer the chance of growth whilst pushing you forward in a busy, challenging payroll environment; allowing you to achievefurther strengths in your payroll career in the management field.
The role is being offered flexibly either full-time or part-time (4 days per week).
This is a great opportunity to build and support a current payroll team, with ability to grow and enhance on a current payroll skill set, with progression to grow within the business
**As a Bureau Manager, you will be responsible for**:
- Managing and overseeing the workload of three members of staff, whilst assisting with the busy client payroll and supporting on any escalated queries.
- Dealing with auto enrolment, pension regulations, liaising with HR, dealing with regulations and legislations.
- Processing of BACs payments, statutory payments, PAYE, NI and year end calculations.
**Personal Attributes**
- Previous staff and payroll management (ideally within a Bureau environment).
- Excellent communication and organisation skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Exposure to STAR or Flexipay payroll systems.
- Exposure to pensions.
