Atkinson Moss are proud to be supporting a fantastic Lowestoft based organisation in their search for a Payroll Administrator on a part-time basis.
Supporting the existing team, the successful individual will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of employees onto payroll system.
- Assisting with the processing monthly payroll.
- Liaising with stakeholders to resolve any queries relating to payroll.
- Ensure the organisation meets its legislative responsibilities, Statutory Payments, HMRC Payments, Timely release of Payslips, Attachment of Earnings orders etc.
- Make certain that the payroll function meets its obligation in relation to GDPR and actively look for ways to streamline processes to ensure efficiency of service.
- Provide additional support to the other Payroll Co Ordinator’s and their sites when necessary.
Key Skills:
- Previous exposure to payroll principles
- Good communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Pro-active with strong problem-solving skills
