As our Network Monitoring Technician, you will be remotely monitoring and managing our clients infrastructure, fixing their issues (and preventing them from happening again), while delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your job is to be proactive, professional, and friendly with all interactions with clients and working with all technical teams to help ensure their networks remain healthy. Technical Variety **Based in our Godalming office, you will**: - Be responsible for monitoring client networks and infrastructure to respond to potential issues - Work closely with technical departments and respond to network health indicators before they become problematic for customers - Identify, respond to and effectively prioritise network and server issues, with a goal to prevent business impact and swiftly resolve issues as and when they occur - Deliver value to our clients by keeping them informed of preventative action taken - Respond to, or ideally prevent, potential network outages to avoid impact - Maintain and develop your technical skill set to ensure that our solutions remain at the cutting edge - Manage license renewals for key network infrastructure as required - Identify areas where we can deliver further resilience and reliability into the monitoring of our clients' networks **About You** **Inspire us** We want to be known as the most 'can do' well polished and caring IT supplier in the South East.
