**Front of House Receptionist**

Meso Clinic offers the most advanced non-invasive anti-aging and restorative skin treatments.

We are seeking experienced Front of House Receptionist to provide operational and administrative support to the Aesthetic Therapist and Management of the clinic, and to become a valued member of our team on a full-time basis.

Previous experience in working in a fast-paced customer service environment, with the ability to remain calm under pressure, work politely and professionally in all situations is a must.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- maintaining the front of house and reception of the clinic
- providing operational and administrative support for the Therapist and Management of the clinic
- managing the operation of the clinic and take responsibility for the development of administrative systems, management of the facilities, developing and running quality control, sales, costs, inventory and other operational processes such as health and safety, first aid
- maintaining the online booking and payment system for clients
- building and maintaining lasting professional relationships with our existing client base, as well as maintaining a positive and friendly image when representing our business and reaching out to new clients and business partners
- assisting maintaining client files in accordance with data protection best practice
- ordering in replenishment of supplies and stock materials
- building team spirit and creating a sense of belonging to a fantastic 'work family' team

- trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
- flexibility: the ability to roll up your sleeves and become a valued member of our team
- the ability to make decisions for the smooth operation of the centre using your leadership and management skills
- good IT skills including MS Office products (Excel skills are preferred), Google products, various apps and an interest in keeping up with changing IT trends
- good data interpretation and data manipulation skills
- the desire to learn, have fun and build good relationships

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Beauty Clinic: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
