Zenith Global are the central team, primarily based in London, supporting our local Zenith markets, leading new business efforts, developing thought-leadership, and driving network development for our 250 offices across 95 countries with over 8,000 staffworldwide. We house a large team of multi-faceted communications planners, digital and innovation specialists and client leadership teams. Our global client portfolio comprises a range of category leaders including Reckitt, TikTok, Edrington, Coty, Electrolux and Nestlé. **Who we’re looking for**: We are looking for an Account Executive who is passionate about luxury brands and understands how luxury consumers think, and how this differs to others brands. A keen eye for detail, strong communication skills and curiosity to learn is key. You are collaborative, have a can-do attitude, are proactive and eager to learn from an experienced and hardworking team within a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities**: - A unique opportunity to play a key role in the PML central team, building strong relationships with the local markets and supporting on wider EMEA projects - Learning about the media and advertising landscape, and understand the cultural and media-based local nuances across markets - Attending internal Zenith workshops and media training - Joining markets’ media webinars where applicable, and deep dive into local media landscapes to build knowledge of each media - Building luxury expertise and analysis, to ensure we are ahead of the curve - Reading industry and luxury news, keeping up to date with latest developments and LVMH’s competitors through desk research/3rd party tools - Managing database of local markets’ competitive intel - Helping curate content for our bespoke online platform "The Radar" and its newsletter, which is shared with all local teams and LVMH clients - Supporting the Account Manager in generating accurate and on-time delivery of central reports to LVMH Media - Effectively manage and prioritise market deliverables - Checking report accuracy from local markets - Ensure that current templates are used and data is complete - Helping drive best-practice operations, creativity and innovation across EMEA - Building relationships with our local PML teams to encourage sharing of best-in-class work, ensuring excellent operational ways of working and ultimately foster a strong connected agency network - Supporting the Account Manager in creating and presenting the monthly Network calls, an excellent opportunity to develop presentation skills and build rapport with the local teams - Being an active contributor to the Publicis Media Luxe team and wider Zenith Global culture - Ensure excellent relationships with other divisions in the team - Media Value, Strategy, Digital - Bring new ideas and solutions to the team - Willing to be a part of wider agency culture, by attending events and projecting a positive attitude **Qualifications** - A deep interest in luxury brands and a strong understanding of luxury ways of working - A person that is able to work collaboratively in a team as well as effectivity on their own - Familiarity of the LVMH Group - aware of the brands within the group, their DNA and ethos and regular communications as well as being able to distinguish key competitors - A responsive, professional and confident communicator - Accurate and reliable administration - Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail - Foundational Excel and PowerPoint skills with interest to increase proficiency - Team player, with a positive and dynamic attitude - Inquisitive and collaborative manner displayed with all members of the core team, including the media specialists (Trading, Strategy, Digital etc.) **Additional Information** At Zenith Global, we believe that fostering an inclusive culture where all talent can thrive makes our company stronger and help drive invention in the work we do for our clients better.
