Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a client-facing or agency role.
- Experience in partner and stakeholder relationship management.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Marketing/agency or consultancy experience in leadership positions at a global branding, digital agency, consultancy firm and/or on the client-side.
- Experience working with Product, Engineering, and Business Development organizations.
- Knowledge of digital marketing ad formats, and knowledge of Google Cloud and Google Marketing Platform.
- Ability to set, manage, and track strategic key performance indicators/objectives and frame/make decisions around complex topics.
- Ability to engage with executive stakeholders inside/outside of Google with excellent influencing and communication skills.

As a Global Account Executive, you’ll engage, influence, and inspire with key partners inside Google. You’ll represent the breadth of Google offering and drive impact at the global account and key market level. You will understand media, data and tech propositions, and use that knowledge as a starting point to devise engagement strategies that will drive Google’s business forward. You'll build and strengthen the community of branding and video experts, providing value and global support for ongoing local market activities. In addition to this, you’ll partner actively across the Marketing Partnerships, Global Client and Agency Solutions, and Large Customer Sales teams.

**Responsibilities**:
- Drive business growth in the region/industry with highly customized solutions.
- Work closely and align with regional counterparts to address existing and new customer activities and to develop relationships, especially with client partners/agencies.
- Activate the global account strategy, and support country-level partnerships with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Analyze data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic business plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and business presentations working in conjunction with other internal teams (e.g., Large Customer Sales, etc.).
- Collaborate and consult with C-Level executives, increase the client and agency base and optimize their advertising expenditures, and develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an advocate at events and conferences.
