Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and train bar staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service
- Develop and maintain a cocktail menu, including seasonal and specialty drinks
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service for banquets and events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in bartending or bar management is required
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with food production processes and catering operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Note: Experience in hotel or coffee shop management is a plus.
