**About Reformer LDN**

We’re East London’s first Powerformer Pilates studio, where our mission is to inspire physical fitness and enhance wellbeing through strength-based Pilates.

We’re more than just a Pilates studio - we’re a community where people of all bodies and fitness levels come together to celebrate movement, health, and happiness. Our East London (E2) studio is a space where friendships flourish, and mutual support is at the heart of everything we do.

**Your role as an instructor**:
We’re currently looking for experienced Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our team and cover the weekend time blocks. If you bring a positive and encouraging approach to teaching and are passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals, join our team and lead classes of up to 10 participants from October.

You’ll be teaching on larger than normal reformer machines which have standing platforms at each end, allowing for a wider range of exercises and movement. The philosophy of Reformer LDN is for every Powerformer session to challenge whilst keeping the experience enjoyable, with a focus on building strength.

**Responsibilities as an instructor**:

- Teach engaging group Reformer Pilates sessions promoting proper alignment and technique
- Develop class plans that cater for people of all levels
- Capable of performing routine checks to ensure all equipment is safe and ready to use
- Keep the studio clean and organised, ready for the next instructor
- Assist with check-ins, answer questions, and foster a positive community

**Experience and attributes we like**:

- At least 1 year of group Reformer Pilates teaching experience
- Full Mat or Reformer Pilates certification preferred
- Previous experience as a PT is highly desirable
- Energetic, positive, and motivational attitude towards teaching
- Friendly, approachable and able to work within a team
- Available to teach for 3 or 4-hour class blocks at a time
- Great communication and customer service skills

- East London, near Hoxton Overground or a short walk from either Old Street or Shoreditch High Street

**Class blocks**:

- Weekends - Saturday (8-11am or 11-2pm), Sunday (9-12pm or 12-3pm)
