We are looking for a Lead Instructor to own all things Reformer Pilates and to become a familiar face both inside and outside the studio. You will work alongside the Group Exercise Manager and the Master Trainer as an ambassador of our market‑leading Group Exercise programme, and you'll launch Reformer Pilates for the very first time at Third Space. Responsibilities Own the delivery of Reformer Pilates, including equipment and mat classes. Develop and maintain brand standards for Pilates programmes. Drive wider group projects, recruitment, and training initiatives. Manage signature concepts and contribute to overall studio performance. Represent Third Space at events, on social media, and during instructor roadshows. Teach 20 hours per week of predominantly mat and equipment Pilates, with an additional 12 hours of business‑related duties. Collaborate with the Group Exercise Manager and Master Trainer to elevate the Group Exercise vision across the club. Qualifications & Desired Attributes Fully‑qualified to teach equipment and mat Pilates. Inspiring, enthusiastic, and engaging ambassadoric presence. Strong personality, showmanship, and meticulous attention to detail. Passion for cultivating energy around group exercise among all team members.
