**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing guest interactions, assisting with food and beverage orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. **Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when appropriate.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.

**Skills**
- Strong background in hospitality with prior restaurant experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and basic food preparation techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Experience in guest services with a focus on creating memorable experiences for patrons.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining genuine customer engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £21,978.00-£33,946.14 per year

Expected hours: 36 per week
