**Job Title**: Access to Work Administrator
**Salary**: £19000 - £22,000 per annum
**Hours**: 37.5 per week (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm)

**About You**:
You will have experience with using systems, excel and databases as well as communication and scheduling skills. You will thrive on consistency, excellent time management and diary management skills, the ability to multi-task and to communicate with customers and clinicians throughout the day. You will be part of a team that works closely together however; will be required to work independently and use your own initiative.
**About the Role**:
The purpose of the role of Access to Work Administrator is to provide fast and effective link between receipt of a referral for an Access to Work Assessment, scheduling the assessment with our clinicians and uploading all communications / report following completion of the assessment. The administrator will also be required to assign appropriate assessor to complete assessments based on locations and monitor Key Performance Indicators throughout the process. In addition to this, they will be required to respond to queries and monitor workload volumes.
Due to the nature of the business, all Key Performance Indicators are run live and will require daily monitoring with the Operational Lead and reporting to the customer. There are also set requirements outlined by the DWP that we are required to meet on a consistent basis which are important to ongoing management of the contract.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage all customer referrals end-to-end using both internal and external systems, ensuring quality, accuracy of process, data integrity and compliance with customer KPIs
- Allocate referrals to appropriate clinicians based on location for face-to-face assessments or availability for virtual assessments
- Timely communication with peers, clinicians, line manager and customer
- Ensuring logístically appropriate travel for location of assessments when face-to-face for appointments and clinicians across the UK
- Quality checking of all reports in order to meet customer requirements
- Uploading reports within correct timeframes or chasing clinicians for incorrect timeframes

- Strong knowledge of Excel including management of spreadsheets and formulas involved
