**The Legal Aid Agency**

We are an executive agency of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ). We provide civil and criminal legal aid and advice in England and Wales to help people deal with their legal problems.

The Capability Team is responsible for building the capability of colleagues across the LAA. We do this by working alongside the L&D steering group to deliver the L&D strategy and by creating an environment
