At Masterclass, we have been tasked in recruiting for a **Learning Support Assistant** to work with a year 4 child for a wonderful mainstream school in the Littlehampton area. The school have an amazing outdoor area to expand the children’s learning outside the classroom setting. They take pride in making sure that they provide a safe and joyful environment so that the children can progress and thrive in their education.

**Job role**:

- **To support the children’s development across all areas of their development**:

- **Support and encourage positive behaviour management**:

- **Work with groups of children or individuals (1-1) to support the class teacher in specific lessons.**:

- **Ensure a safe and secure environment enabling children to feel relaxed and happy**:

- **To establish positive relationships with the children and staff within the school**:

- **To be committed to inclusive practice and making sure every child has the chance to be the best they can be**:

- **To be able to provide personal care if needed**

Masterclass Education work exclusively with a large amount of Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across the area who look for MCE staff to be with them on daily cover, short and long term contracts. Masterclass are a part of the REC and Crown Commercial Service, offering the most valued and trusted service.
