**Liverpool (hybrid-working)**

HR Business Partner required to join a growing and well established not for profit organisation based in Liverpool. My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is an experienced HR Business Partner with experience in organisational change tosupport them on a HR project on a temporary, full-time basis with the opportunity for hybrid-working.

As the HR Business Partner you will work alongside the Senior HR Strategic Lead and will manage the project involving the retraction of services from one site to another alongside other duties below:
**Key responsibilities of the HRBusiness Partner**
- Work alongside the Senior HR Strategic Lead on the retraction of services from one site to another
- Responsible for all the organisational change
- Manage a small team of HR Advisors
- Advising Senior Management on any employee relations including TUPE, disciplinary matters, grievances, dispute resolutions, sicknesses and absences
- Updating employment policies and procedures when required

**Required skills and experience of the HR Business Partner**
- Recent organisational change experience
- Recent experience in a HR role
- CIPD part qualified (desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to the two sites regularly
- Familiar with TUPE
- Ability to build strong relationships
