**The Company**

Are you an **AV Planning Director**looking for their next role and want to join one of the agencies in the **'big six'**. I have a role available in London right now for an agency who wants someone to come in and work across a range of their most interesting clients.

This agency is looking for a confident and driven individual to join their team as an AV Planning Director. The new AV Planning Director will ensure all campaigns are delivered to planned targets and timelines. As the new AV Planning Director you will besharing updates of the AV buying process to the team.

The agency you will be joining has worldwide recognition and has over 8,000 employees around the world. You will get to work with a range of different clients from a bunch of different industries.

**The Role**
- Oversee the delivery of client objectives and KPI's, and in doing so coach your team to share knowledge, learnings and valuable experiences succinctly, to help others.
- Implement innovate ideas for media response and progressive processes to ensure operational excellence.
- Showcase your media expertise, especially AV, on a regular basis to the wider business.
- Implement high quality, innovative media solutions in response to briefs from comms planners and/or clients
- IT literate - competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and able to pick up new systems as necessary.
- Ensure and support the development and well-being of team members.
- Ability to prioritise workloads across you and your team.
- Have experience working across TV and AV channels.
