Are you an **AV Account Director**looking for their next role and want to join one of the agencies in the **'big six'**. I have a role available in London right now for an agency who wants someone to come in and work with a range of their most exciting clients

This agency is looking for a confident and driven individual to join their team as an AV Account Director. The new AV Account Director will have a proven track record of managing senior external and internal relationships. As the new AV Account Directoryou will be able to hold the room when you a presenting and engage the people who are watching.

The agency you will be joining has worldwide recognition and has over 8,000 employees around the world. The client you will be working with range from luxurious sports car brands to UK telecommunications experts to UK energy providers. Working on this rangeof clients it key to keeping your role feeling fresh.

**The Role**
- Support your Reservation Business Director and the Head of Reservation to lead the strategic direction of the newly formed Reservation Department and ensure that the story and approach across Press and Audio connect all the way through activation.
- Demonstrate an inclusive leadership style, able to lead from the front with clear instructions and direction, but always approachable and ready to listen to the floor.
- Support & develop your highly motivated team with clear roles, stretching goals, and engaging career paths. Establishing the right KPIs for your team across the different disciplines within Reservation-mapping skillsets across the team appropriately.
- Managing the day to day investment process for your clients, ensuring a sharp and highly efficient approach and mentality to take charge to maximise agency deals, quality, PRF and audit delivery. You will have a detailed understanding of your client guaranteesand malus clauses, working with the Reservation Business Director to deliver these in the most efficient manner.
- Have experience working with AV channels from either a planning or buying background.
- Experience working on campaigns in the UK market is essential.
- Strong ability to work very efficiently and under pressure, knowing the fine line when it comes to potentially excessive output.
- Have a detailed understanding and opinion of how Reservation, Platform & Social Integrates.
