Climbing Instructor

We are looking for a talented Climbing Instructor to work within our Leisure department.

As a Climb Instructor you'll deliver climbing sessions in an engaging, enthusiastic and safe manner to climbers of all levels, from children and adults to those with physical/learning disabilities. You'll help create a warm and friendly atmosphere for customers, so you'll need good communication and people skills.

Not only will you deliver climbing sessions, you'll also help out with the day to day duties, such as ensuring the centre is well presented, equipment inspections and responding to customer queries, so you'll need a positive, can do attitude to get stuck in and help your team. You must have a passion for sport and people with a willingness to learn. Previous experience in a customer facing role is highly desirable as you'll deliver excellent customer service.

About you

As a Climbing Instructor you should be able to demonstrate the following:
Previous experience working in a leisure environment.

An interest in guest experience with a passion for hospitality

Ability to work under pressure.

Enjoy working in a team with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

**Please note**: flexibility is key. You must be willing to work evening shifts, weekends, bank holidays and school holiday periods.
