We have a fantastic opportunity for an active enthusiast of heights to join our team in Adventure Climb in Redhill as a **Climbing Team Member.**Adventure Climb is our state-of-the-art climbing facility making us the ultimate destination for climbers in Surrey and beyond.

- energy environment. As a** Climbing Team Member**you will share your passion for sport, provide top-notch experience for climbing fans of all skill levels and ensure the time spent with us is fun and safe.

**How we will keep you busy**:

- You will provide instructions and guidance to climbers of all ages, skills and abilities,
- You will engage with our guests, inspire and motivate them to reach new heights and achieve their goals,
- Support Climbing Instructor with safety briefs,
- Adhere to Health & Safety rules and procedures at all times,
- Fit climbers with safety equipment
- Create a fun and inclusive environment, where everyone feels welcome and supported

**About You**:

- Downright people person who can communicate with people at all levels,
- Self-motivated, proactive and open to learning,
- Experience of working with groups of all ages and abilities,
- Flexibility to work as part of shift rota, including mornings, evenings and weekends,
- Experience in climbing beneficial but not essential
